At Warmlyy247, we want you to be happy with every purchase. Please read our return and refund policy below.

1. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it is processed quickly to make sure it reaches you as fast as possible. Because of this, we are unable to cancel or change an order once it has been confirmed. 2. Returns

We accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part. To start a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number along with photos of the item. Once we confirm your return is eligible, we will provide instructions and a return address. Please do not send items back before we confirm your return, as we cannot guarantee unconfirmed returns will be processed or refunded. Unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or that are refused at delivery, are not eligible for a refund. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us if you still have questions.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different style or product, please request a return for your original item and place a new order.
